1. What is AgileForum's Scrum Master mentorship program?
AgileForum's Scrum Master mentorship program is a comprehensive 3-week training course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as Scrum Masters. It includes hands-on experience with live projects in JIRA, so that you can feel fully confident to perform scrum master role and also at the same time clear any scrum master or agile project manager interview.
You can opt this with addon’s : SAFe certifications, mock interviews, and resume preparation services for maximum benefit.

2. Who can participate in the Scrum Master mentorship program?
The program is open to individuals from various backgrounds and experience levels who are interested in pursuing a career as Scrum Masters or enhancing their Agile and Scrum knowledge.
3. What does the program cover?
The program covers a wide range of topics, including Scrum framework, Agile principles, XP, JIRA project management, leadership skills, and more. It also includes practical experience through working on live projects. Read content and details and also download the full syllabus.
4. How long is the program?
The program lasts for 3+ weeks, providing an intensive and immersive learning experience. You also have an option to rejoin next batch for free.
5. Do I need any prior experience or certifications to join?
No prior experience or certifications are required. Our program is designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of experience, from beginners to those with some Agile or Scrum exposure. Many people from non-technical background have successfully made it to scrum master role with our program. You can refer to testimonial section to read success stories.

6. Can I rejoin the program in a future batch without additional payment?
Yes, students can rejoin in a future batch at no extra cost. We believe in continuous learning and want to support your growth as a Scrum Master.
7. What are the SAFe certifications included in the program?
The program doesn’t includes SAFe certifications, but you can enrol any SAFe certification like SAFe advance scrum master certification(recommended) to gain full expertise. These certifications are valuable credentials in the Agile and Scrum industry.
8. How are live projects conducted in JIRA into the program?
You will have the chance to work on real projects using JIRA as a project management tool. We will help you to setup a live JIRA project on your laptop. This hands-on experience is an integral part of the program and will help you apply your knowledge in a practical setting.
9. Can you provide more information about the mock interviews and resume preparation services?
We offer mock interview sessions to help you practice and refine your interview skills. Additionally, our resume preparation service assists you in creating a professional and impactful resume tailored to your Scrum Master aspirations.

14. What is the class size for the program, and how is it structured?
The class size is intentionally kept small(4-6) to ensure personalized attention and interaction with instructors. Our program includes a mix of lectures, practical exercises, group discussions, and hands-on project work to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
15. Can I access course materials and resources after completing the program?
Yes, upon completion of the program, you will have access to course materials and recording/resources, allowing you to review and reinforce your learning at your own pace.
16. Are there any prerequisites for taking the SAFe certification?
For SAFe the knowledge of scrum and project management is expected. Its recommended to opt for 3 week scrum master mentorship and masterclass before for maximum benefit.
17. Can I receive a certificate of completion for the Scrum Master mentorship program?
No, this is a non-certificate program.
18. How do you ensure the quality of instructors and mentors in the program?
At present we have only one instructors (Mr Dhirender Verma) who is seasoned professionals with extensive experience of decade in Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, agile transformations and SAFe.
19. Are there opportunities for networking with industry professionals during the program?
Yes, we encourage networking among our students, instructors, and mentor. We also facilitate connections with industry professionals through webinars, and online communities, providing valuable networking opportunities.
20. What is the refund policy in case I need to withdraw from the program?
We don’t offer any returns. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution and also we provide an option to rejoin our next batch without any payment.
21. Do you offer job placement assistance after completing the program?
While we do not guarantee job placement, we provide job placement assistance in the form of job boards, job search guidance, and access to our professional network to help you in your career journey.
22. Is there ongoing support after completing the program if I have questions or need guidance?
Absolutely, we offer post-program support to our alumni. You will be added to our alumni community(Inner circle), for guidance and assistance as you progress in your Scrum Master career.
23. Can I transfer my enrollment to a different batch if I have scheduling conflicts or other commitments?
We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. You can discuss potential batch transfers us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
24. The price of services look costly, can it be reduced?
The price for each service have been set very carefully after market research and making sure we provide 5 times more knowledge/value than any other course running in the world with similar objective, if still you feel its costly please feel free to reach us we will help you in every possible way as our objective is to spread maximum knowledge.
